Battery Recycling: Lead Acid and Lithium Ion
Batteries represent one of the fastest-growing waste streams globally. San Lan offers dedicated processing lines for both chemistries.
The lead acid battery recycling equipment line breaks and separates used batteries into four output streams: lead grid, lead paste, plastic shell, and acid. Capacities range from 1 to 10 metric tonnes per hour. Downstream smelting equipment includes rotary furnaces, blast furnaces, and refinery kettles that can produce lead ingot with purity up to 99.999%. A complete pollution control system and water treatment plant are available to keep emissions within environmental limits.
For lithium-ion batteries, San Lan provides a lithium battery recycling plant with capacity from 500 to 2,500 kg per hour. The system discharges, pre-crushes, and granulates cells before separating black mass, copper, aluminum, and plastic film. An integrated air pollution control system neutralizes harmful gases generated during crushing.
E-Waste and Cable Recovery
Beyond batteries, San Lan manufactures equipment for almost every major e-waste category.
The circuit board recycling equipment handles printed circuit boards through mechanical separation, recovering copper powder with purity between 96% and 98%. Both dry and wet separation configurations are available, with capacities from 300 kg/hour up to 2,000 kg/hour.
For scrap wire and cable, the cable recycling equipment line includes strippers for large-diameter cable and compact granulators with dry separators for mixed scrap. These systems separate copper or aluminum from plastic insulation with high recovery rates.
Additional product lines cover CRT cutting and separation, refrigerator and air conditioner recycling, motor stator dismantling, lamp recycling, and multi-purpose shredders that act as pre-choppers for almost any e-waste feedstock.
Mining and Grinding Equipment
San Lan also supplies lithium ore extraction plants and nano ceramic grinding media for ball mills. The lithium crude ore processing plant converts raw ore to concentrate with grades of 4%–5%, while the tailings extraction plant recovers additional value from waste material left by original mining operations.
