Our complete used lead acid battery recycling plant breaks and separates batteries to recover acid, plastic shell, lead grid, and lead paste. With capacity ranging from 1 to 10 MT per hour, the system includes breaking and separation equipment, de-sulfurization units, filter presses, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery rates, refinery kettles producing 99.999% pure lead, water treatment systems, and air pollution control systems that meet strict environmental standards.

As electric vehicle adoption accelerates globally, spent lithium-ion batteries represent both an environmental concern and a strategic resource. Our lithium battery recycling plant processes waste Li-ion batteries at 500 to 2,500 kg per hour, recovering black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite, along with separated plastic, copper, and aluminum. The integrated system includes discharging stations, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, black powder separation, magnetic separation, plastic pneumatic conveying, hydraulic briquetting, and comprehensive air pollution control.

Scrap cable represents one of the most accessible and profitable recycling streams. Our cable recycling equipment handles everything from fine wire to thick industrial cable. The product line includes scrap cable strippers for cables ranging from 1.5mm to 150mm in diameter, compact granulators with dry separators, wet separation systems for jelly-filled cables, and high-capacity cable granulators. Copper and aluminum are separated cleanly from plastic insulation, ready for direct smelting or resale.

Printed circuit boards contain concentrated quantities of copper, gold, silver, and other precious metals. Our circuit board recycling plants use both dry and wet separation technologies, with capacities from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour. Copper powder purity reaches 96-98%, with recovery rates up to 95%. Systems include air separators, electrostatic separators, vibrating screens, cyclone collectors, and pulse bag dust collectors to ensure clean, efficient operation.
